Good, sound sleep ensures proper mind and body development in children, and not getting that sleep can lead to health and behavioral problems. If your child has difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep throughout the night, wakes up before morning, or is not taking adequate naps, you owe it to your family to make a change for better sleep. The only regret you may have is not doing it sooner.
